General Terms of Participation for prize draws
1. Participation
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these terms. Persons aged 18 and over with residence in Austria are eligible to participate. Employees, relatives and sales partners of ORLEN Austria GmbH are excluded. Also excluded are persons who have not uploaded their own profile picture on Facebook or Instagram, standard profile picture. Automated or multiple entries as well as the use of prize-draw services are not permitted.
ORLEN Austria GmbH reserves the right to refuse or subsequently revoke a prize in the event of justified suspicion of manipulation.
2. Prizes
The advertised prizes are stated in the respective prize-draw post. Cash redemption is excluded. If a prize is no longer available, it may be replaced by an alternative of equal or higher value. Winners are responsible for any taxes incurred. Shipping takes place free of charge within two weeks after the draw to the address in Austria provided by the participant, except voucher codes by email.
The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their details. Shipping to PO boxes or parcel lockers is not possible.
3. Process
Participation takes place according to the described mode. The closing date is stated in the prize-draw post. The comment, email, etc. must be received within the period specified in the prize draw. The electronically logged receipt is used to verify compliance with the deadline. Among all comments received on time, we draw the prize by random selection within 2 weeks.
Winners will be informed of the prize by message on Facebook or Instagram, by email or by post.
4. Prize claim
Winners are requested to claim the prize within 14 days of receiving the prize notification.
5. Data protection
Participants consent to the storage and use of their data, profile name, name, address, for the duration of the prize draw and prize processing. The data will then be deleted completely. It will not be used for advertising purposes. Winners agree that an image and their name may be published.

6. Disclaimer
ORLEN Austria GmbH accepts no liability for technical disruptions or the unavailability of the Facebook or Instagram page required for participation in the prize draw.
7. Rights and disclaimer
Participants guarantee that their comments, posts, do not infringe the rights of third parties, including insults, false facts, competition-law, trademark or copyright infringements. The comments are not reviewed for content by ORLEN Austria GmbH in this respect. Should claims nevertheless be asserted by third parties, the participant indemnifies ORLEN Austria GmbH against all claims.
By participating in the prize draw, each participant undertakes to be personally responsible for any legal violations they may commit.

The prize draw is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organised by them. The sole contact for questions or complaints is ORLEN Austria GmbH. Facebook and Instagram are released from all claims in connection with the prize draw.
9. Changes to the terms of participation – early termination of a prize draw
ORLEN Austria GmbH reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time, or to interrupt or terminate a prize draw in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. ORLEN Austria GmbH makes use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons, e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software, or for legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed.
